The hotel's location is superb. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The friendly reception team helped me book a taxi to the airport and recommended a restaurant, and that was nice. The hotel included a hot drinks machine that I used throughout the day..

My room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. I had to bring my own supplies after requesting a kettle. I think those things should be standard.

I found no tea or coffee making facilities available in the room. one receptionist initially suggested using the breakfast room machine. another later cited a €3 charge for a small cup. this felt inconsistent.

i really appreciated the central location, as many tourist spots were within walking distance. the building itself had a beautiful exterior. we found many cool restaurants nearby, very convenient.

the air conditioning in our room did not seem very effective. it was quite warm, even with the ac running.
